Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed significant scuffs and scratches on the body of the device.
There are noticeable scuffs and scratches on the top, sides and bottom of the device.
Most of the rear terminals are missing (see picture #6).
The remaining ports and connectors are in fair cosmetic condition and shows signs of rust.
I was able to power on the device using a standard power cord with bare wire on the end connected to the power terminal.
The display works as it should.
I was able to test the buttons to be working by holding down the Test button while pressing the other buttons.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts, repair or as a non-working item.
