Designed for hot or cold therapy. These economical packs remain flexible when frozen and can be warmed in the microwave or in boiling water. Provides soothing comfort to tight, tender and sore muscles. They are reuseable.
HOT PACK : Use on sore muscles and joints,stiffness,tension,cramps or as a bed warmer Apply heat 48 hours after an injury has occured.   DIRECTIONS: Microwave at 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.Knead between intervals. May heat in boiling water once removed from the heat source.
COLD PACK: Use to help reduceswelling and relieve pain. Use on sprains,strains,bruises and headaches.Apply cold during the first 48 hours of an injury, DIRECTIONS: Store pack in freezer. Apply directly or with wrap or towel .
Supervise use on children and with elderly. application of pack to not exceed 20 to 30 minutes. Consult physician for more specific uses. NOT for use by individuals with circulatory problems unless directed by a physician.
